Ashley combines movement science with performance-focused training to deliver results you can feel and measure. Her approach is grounded in biomechanics, progressive overload, and intentional programming—each session built around your specific goals. Whether you're chasing strength, mobility, or athletic performance, Ashley trains with purpose, precision, and proven methods to help you move better, train harder, and stay consistent.

Education

B.S. in Kinesiology from Jacksonville University, four-year Division I rower, strength and conditioning internship with Olympic sports at the University of Tennessee.

Certifications

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

Field Experience

Lifelong athlete with programming and on-floor training experience. Provides science-based programs for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and beginners of all levels.

Trained 100+ athletes and clients of all ages in group and individual settings. Experienced in injury modifications and rehabilitation, including recovery from illness and limb impairments.
